RWAssets is an independent aggregator for tokenized real-world assets on Solana. We do three things:

1. Index. We list every legitimate tokenized RWA we can verify on Solana, with full issuer and custodian provenance.
2. Track. We read your real on-chain balances directly from the blockchain and compute cost basis from your wallet's transaction history.
3. Route. When you want to trade, we open a Jupiter swap pre-filled with the target asset. You sign in your own wallet. Tokens arrive directly there.

• Not a broker, dealer or issuer.
• Not a custodian — we never hold your assets.
• Not an investment adviser — nothing on the site is advice.
• Not the source of any token — we list other issuers' tokens.
• Not a counterparty in any trade.
• Not the operator of any “RWAssets vault” or “RWAssets yield”.

An asset is listed on RWAssets only if all four conditions hold:

1. The issuer is identifiable, with a registered legal entity.
2. There is a custody arrangement for the off-chain asset, with a named custodian we can verify.
3. The token is issued under a recognised regulatory framework (e.g. FINMA, CSSF, BVI FSC, FSRA, CNBV).
4. The on-chain mint address is published and linked from the issuer's own public site.

Tokens with no public issuer, no custodian, or untraceable provenance will not be listed — even if they trade actively.

RWAssets caches metadata for performance, but never caches balances or prices that would mislead. Stale data is marked.

RWAssets never takes custody. There is no RWAssets account, no RWAssets wallet, no RWAssets-controlled token authority over your assets.

You sign every transaction in your own wallet. RWAssets cannot spend, freeze, transfer, or rehypothecate your tokens, because RWAssets never holds the keys.

RWAssets does not deploy any custom Solana programs at this stage. The surface area for exploit is the frontend (this app) and the public read-only APIs we proxy. Any future on-chain contracts will be audited before launch and the reports published here.

Our asset registry — the list of every token we index, with issuer, custodian, framework, prospectus link and mint address — is published as JSON in a public repository. Anyone can audit it, fork it, or submit a correction.

If we delist an asset, the delisting commit is visible in the history with the reason recorded.

Tokenized real-world assets carry the same risks as their underlying — and additional risks from tokenization itself. Risks include but are not limited to:

• Market and price risk on the underlying asset.
• Issuer credit risk and custody risk.
• Smart contract risk in the on-chain wrapper.
• Regulatory risk — frameworks can change.
• Liquidity risk — tokenized markets can be thin.

Nothing on RWAssets is investment advice. Tokenized securities are restricted in many jurisdictions, including the United States. Access from blocked regions is not permitted.
