What the token does

Four mechanics, all settled on-chain. None of them require trust in RWAssets.

Revenue share

Holders receive a pro-rata distribution of swap-fee revenue RWAssets earns through Jupiter routing. Distributed in USDC, claimable from the rewards contract.

Fee rebate

Holding $RWASSETS waives the 25-bps RWAssets routing fee on every Jupiter swap initiated from the app. The more you hold, the lower the threshold.

Listing-proposal weight

Stake $RWASSETS to propose new assets to the public registry. Higher stakes get higher visibility in the review queue. Final merge stays with the listing-policy review.

Premium access

Advanced analytics, CSV automation, embed-widget API, and webhook alerts unlock automatically for wallets holding above the access threshold.

Risks & disclaimers

  • $RWASSETS is a utility token, not an investment. Revenue share fluctuates with swap volume and may be zero in any given period. Holding the token gives no guarantee of appreciation.
  • Not a security in our jurisdiction. $RWASSETS is issued from a jurisdiction where utility tokens with revenue rebates do not require securities registration. US persons are explicitly not eligible — the site geo-blocks US IPs and the airdrop will be KYC-screened against OFAC.
  • Smart-contract risk. Revenue distribution runs through a fee-claim contract that will be audited before TGE. The audit report will be linked on this page. Until then, treat the mechanics as planned, not live.
  • Beware impostor tokens. Until the mint address is published here, no “$RWASSETS” token on any DEX is ours. Anyone claiming otherwise is running a scam.
  • Holding $RWASSETS does not entitle you to anything off-chain. No equity in RWAssets. No claim on company assets. No voting in any legal entity. The token is pure on-chain utility.
